We are a tight-knit, fully remote team that values intelligence, collaboration, creativity, dedication, and compassion. We support one another and our clients with the same level of care and attention. We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager with strong B2B expertise to join our team.
We welcome applicants from anywhere in the U.S. who can serve clients virtually on both coasts. We offer flexible schedules, but most of our work is performed between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., ET. We hire based on character, skill, and work ethic.

Responsibilities include:
Strategic Planning & Campaign Development
- Develop objectives, key messages, strategies, and tactics for corporate communications programs, ensuring alignment with business development and marketing goals.
- Create campaign concepts and tactical implementation plans.
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and freelancers to define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, milestones, budgets, and required resources.
- Monitor client, industry, and competitor news and trends to inform and refine strategies.
Media & Public Relations
- Draft press releases, bios, backgrounders, award nominations, social media content, and other communications materials.
- Support and/or lead media relations efforts, including story development, pitching, and outreach in collaboration with the media relations team.
- Identify and pitch clients for speaking and sponsorship opportunities.
Client Account Management & Reporting
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively managing ongoing communications, opportunities and challenges, and escalating issues if necessary.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and professional implementation of all deliverables.
- Oversee client reporting, including status updates, visibility reports, media distribution, time allocation, and other metrics as required.
Social Media & Digital Communications
- Ensure social media strategies support client objectives.
- Post content across various social media and content channels as needed.

Requirements
Successful candidates will have:
- A degree in public relations, journalism, marketing, corporate communications, law, or business (MBA), combined with relevant and sustained professional experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in an agency, media, or in-house setting; law firm or financial industry experience preferred. A combination of legal practice and communications experience is also valued.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational, and management skills, paired with integrity and sound judgment.
- Expertise in public relations, marketing and B2B/professional services communications, including law firm, litigation, and financial communications.
- A proven track record in executing strategic legal marketing, PR, and social media initiatives.
- Strong project and account management skills with demonstrated initiative.
- Proficiency with digital tools and the ability to quickly learn new technologies, including project management, content management, reporting, and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while juggling multiple clients simultaneously.
- A client-focused mindset committed to exceeding client expectations.
- Emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with colleagues and clients in a remote work setting.
